For some reason I can not get this printer to hook up to my WiFi ... I keep getting a error signal even have had my brother who works in IT try and he couldn’t get it to work either. I don’t have the box so going to try to sell it

Every time I try to hook it up it causes my computer to get a virus and get knock me off the internet. I paid a tech $200 to help me hook it up it and it constantly says it’s running update. I’ve lost my receipt. It was a big disappointment and a big waste of money. I wish Best Buy would help me.

You can't print from this - it will only paper jam. On its first print job it jammed a few times. I decided to give it a few more chances because it was a big job. Now I can't print a single page because it just jams. Would like to return, but I can't now because I missed the return period.

Barely used this computer, ink ran out and paper keeps jamming. Called Best Buy who gave me the number for Canon Support. Been trying to call but hold time is ridiculous and I cant seem to speak to a human being. I would not buy. Spend a little more and get something better.

Not the best. Broke after a couple weeksm nice while it worked.

The printer was a dismal functional when it came down to loading the paper. Was told not to buy this printer from someone who works at Best buy cause it's cheap and known to have many problems. I recommend getting a HP totally.

After 60 pages print ink already was finished. Very disappointment

Unfortunately, this printer is not worth the money. The scan feature jams after 1-2 pages, every time, and the ink cartridges run out weekly. Loved my first Canon Pixma MX922; this one disappoints!!! Taking it back!

Absolute piece of crap!! It worked a few times when i first purchased it then all of a sudden It stopped connecting. No matter how many times I reset it and reconnected it to my WiFi the status continues to say offline and will not print anything. WORST PURCHASE EVER

I have always used HP but thought I would try the Canon because of the price but that was a mistake! It's supposed to be wifi but can't get that to work and had to go back and spend another $30 to hard connect to my laptop. The scanner is a pain to use as well. Not worth the money!!

I have had this printer for about 7 months now. Started off as being okay. Then didnt want to connect wirelessly all the time. Went through ink very quickly without alot of printing being done. Now it doesnt want to load paper. I wouldnt recommend this printer.

I have purchased Canon Pixma's in the past and they are far superior to other brands for home printers but this one was a turkey. Paper feed never worked - you had to escort each page through the system and then papers kept getting stuck. I finally junked it and bought another printer.

Very "plasticy" , fragile and cheaply made - not durable

Right off the bat, there is an error message that I can't fix. Then i tried to register on the canon website to ask for support. When it asked for the printer serial number, the message back was - the serial number is not allowed to be used in the US.

Very bad quality of printer; furthermore when I returned it to your West Palm Beach FL store asking for my money back, they refused and only gave me a house credit. Bad review for Best Buy !

I had to return this printer because it used up too much ink and the scanner function would not work at all. I love the fact that the printer prints on both sides without having to turn the paper around.
