This will not connect to newer/faster wifi. Won't connect to my 5ghz wifi. I waited too long to get this out and try to use it, now it's past my return period and I'm stuck with a non usable printer. Make sure you have 2.4 ghz wifi or you'll be out of luck also!

Keeps jamming on paper and giving errors.good for super light jobs.

This printer doesn't keep connection, every time I print i need to reboot the computer and the printer, I have 5 computers, the issue is the same with all, same with printing via mobile, my first and last Canon printer.

Very slow to print and scan . Old school quality .

Not as good as HP. Returned & replaced with an HP.

Very difficult to program. When I called support for assistance they said the problem was my security system and tried to sell me a new security. I finally after a hour on the phone. I cancelled everything and decided to take the printer back

This printer is difficult to use wirelessly and runs out of ink quickly. If you dont purchase a separate app with monthly payments attached to it you will soon not be able to use it at all either. Waste of money

paper clogs, printing streaks, ran out of ink immediately and the ink costs more than the printer. very hard to read the "screen" that doesn't light up or adjust.

Very complicated to set up. Had to hire an expert.

Did not hook up to internet. Had to buy ether cord

Wish I could return this printer! I can’t get it to fax or scan at all! I am so upset cause I really needed a printer to do it all and it doesn’t do it anything. It is NOT user friendly at all it’s so difficult to use for no reason.

I received the product and looks like it has been used before, has scratches and the ink cartridges are not completely new, it shows it only half the ink, Also has connectivity problems, that might be the reason it was returned

This is the most complicated Printer I have ever used.

Worked fine early on. Haven't printed much. Have had to change the black ink already. Now it double prints in certain areas of the page. Tried to realign it several times and it continues to have a blurred/ double print.

I've had to install the drivers twice and still it won't stay connected. Always says printer is offline. I can't return it, I waited too long. Wil be replacing it with another printer. Would not recommend.

Set up was a nightmare. Finally connected and printed one document. The next day printer showed to be "offline," and never was able to reconnect. Could not find support online, nor could I find a phone number. Returned item.

Brutal set up; machine didn't recognize ink that came with it. Menu is dark and difficult to read; should be closer to front of machine. Can't recommend this thing and will likely be returning.

It took me forever to set it up. Unclear directions. It sounds and feels like is going to break apart. Not a solid built product. It seems that if it was dropped it would literally fall apart. Prints ok.

Terrible, almost unusable printer. Loved the design/color but the thing just is awful to use. It always disconnects. It doesn't print unless you hold the paper for the machine. It's constantly jamming.
