Goes through ink cartridges. Bought in December, this will be the third time I've had to replace ink cartridge. Am going to buy another printer instead. Waste of money.

I have never had a problem setting up a printer, but I have been trying and trying with this one and cannot get it to connect to my phone or I Pad. So frustrating!

Bought this printer to replace my mx420(which is still running btw) unpacked it, did a test page and it practically blew it self up. what a piece of crap!!!

This product is a christmas,so i can't speak on the use of it. I can say the product arrived one day early which was great since the mail is very slow. thank you best buy for your quick and great services.

At first when I purchased this product online I thought it was in my budget and i’d Work with it for now but when I actually went to pick it up in store I had to choose a different printer as this one was very fragile and seen it wouldn’t last long.

It’s not Mac Compatible. So extra things have to be downloaded from the internet in order to work with Mac. We still haven’t been able to sync the two together. Not sure if it is a good device or not ? It’s a very nice printer though I think?

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The drivers are outdated. This is NOT wifi compatible with Windows 10. Slow print even when connected with a wire. Hugely difficult to set up. Do not buy.

Worst printer ! Won't connect to my surface pro 7 at all!!! Sat on hold for over 30 min with support to just give up on getting my call taken! Do not buy especially if you don't have a CD-rom

Do not buy, . I’ve had this printer for 2 weeks , printed 2 things and gets jammed every single time. This is by far the worse printer I have dealt with .

this printer is horrible. Basic function of wireless printing is an adventure every time.. i've had to delete the devise and reload it 10 times in 4 months... such a waste of money

I would not purchase, I actually returned this item. Set up was fairly easy. But unfortunately the copies that it made were so faded you could barely read them.

Does not now nor ever really has worked as if it was refurbished or something. Scattered blotchy barely there printing. Do not recommend.

The printer will not print double sided. Never has out of the box but I was willing to live with that until it decided it would allow connection to print. Says printer error from PC or Smartphone print however printer shows OK.

You get what you pay for. Terrible printer. Jammed very first time, paper caught and ripped beyond repair or at least beyond my scope of repair.

Sucks, it is always offline. Try to print from a web site using print icon. Nothing from printer except it is offline.

Very disappointed. We’ve had the printer less than a month. I printed 3 2 page documents and now it doesn’t work. I have an appointment with the Geek Squad to see if they can fix it.

Has a hard time getting connected to wifi and staying connected . I can only print from my phone and not my macbook. Dont waste your time

I was looking forward to having the printer. However, when I went to set it up it would not feed the paper. I had to return it and there were no other printers available as a replacement.

Have been having connection issues from day 1. Always an error when making an attempt to print. Its very difficult to connect to wifi.
