Dumb me bought two of these printers. I figured the first one just didn’t work properly. It constantly jammed and didn’t feed paper to the printer. So I tried again. It was a good price and on sale at Best Buy. Within a week I regretted buying the second printer. I even called canon and was promised a replacement that never arrived. Maybe do buy canon products at all.

Connectivity issues, paper jamming issues, and the printer itself is just really slow. This printer has caused nothing but frustration with the students in my house. I was hoping I could trust Canon to produce a quality printer for a decent price, but this printer shows otherwise. Do not purchase unless you are ready to be disappointed.

Maybe a good printer, but it is of no use to you if you can not find ink. I own a fairly new MG3022 which takes the PG245XL ink and I have had a hard time getting it and the color ink since I purchased the printer. I can not get it from Canon or anywhere. I notice very limited supplies of Canon ink in the big box stores.

This printer has been nothing but trouble since I got it, I've had it for just over 2 years and it magically broke even though I only used it a handful of time and it outside the warranty. Between that and the amount of ink it uses it's ridiculous

I've had lots of Canon printers and this one is horrible!!! It just took almost 2 minutes to print a black and white 1/2 printed page. My last one was solid--this one feels like a kid's cheap toy! So sorry I bought this! There was no one at the store to help me choose, so not only will I never buy another Canon printer, I won't ever be shopping at Best Buy again!

Wireless connection is unstable, I had to keep resetting and reload the driver, finally gave up and hooked it up with USB cable. Then the scanner feeder only has 1 wheel so the papers are pulled in crooked so I had to manually feed the scan pages 1 by 1, very annoying.

I think this printer has successfully completed a print job once. The paper jams every single time. It says it’s out of ink after it prints about five pages. Wi-Fi hardly ever connects with it. I have a 22-year-old printer that is more reliable than this that cost me 100 bucks in 1999.

It doesn't print black ink even after installing, re-installing, cleaning, re-cleaning, aligning, re-aligning. It picks and chooses what it would like to print, I get an error every other page. Do NOT buy this printer. I will be returning it.

I was told by the Best Buy staff that this computer is super user friendly. It is not. It constantly disconnects itself from my PC and refuses to connect to my smartphone. The fix it instructions are in technical code that do not solve problems. Buy only if you have you doctorate in IT.

Worst electronic purchase I've ever made. Horrible directions, unable to connect to my phone, screen doesn't light up and is impossible to read. Returned and bought an HP. So glad i did! 2 hours with canon and never got it working, 5 minuted with HP and already had it printing. Dont bother with this product

Had to exchange his printer twice. Kept printing blank pages even after cartridge change. Not sure if anyone has ever opened up one of these cartridges, they fill only a a few ml of ink so cartridge runs out after about 20 pages. go with HP
