So, what is the point to be wireless if you have to go turn on and then print the stuff out

Not bad for the price

I find the instructions to be somewhat difficult to navigate. The printer seems to need rebooting often. Not sure what this is about yet.

Affordable and just ok at printing

While I did that it was very apparent that the display on the printer is nearly impossible to see unless you are on top of it. Feeding to the scanner isnt great. Pages do not feed straight. Printing is ok, but any time I try to print on photo paper, it gets an automatic error that I have to look at the tiny inscrutable screen to figure out. Apparently it does this every single time. The colors are ok. Not great. My previous printer, also a Pixma, worked better and printed better photos.

My other concern was that on line the same printer was cheaper at other places. That being said the salesman in Best Buy was very nice and helpful I guess you pay for that.
