I might have given this printer a #5 but after setting it up initially & connecting to WiFi, it just lost the connection. Trying to reconnect with internet explanation was totally frustrating. Why couldn't Canon just put it into simple language? Eventually I stood over it with a flashlight, staring all the symbols etc & I finally figured it out. Since getting it reconnected it has been great. Then I had to figure out how to scan....ha. I am not a young person & sometimes electronics are still a mystery to me. Overall, I am enjoying being the printer.

Haven’t had a printer in like a year. I hate how they are so noisy this one is loud. I’m learning how to use it and I really like it! Good purchase. I needed a printer ASAP and got this one.

I have only used it a few times but it works great! My last printer didn't last for a year and I don't use a printer very much. Only for documents, I need to be copied.

I wasn't able to connect this Canon TR4500 to Wifi during setup. I used CD-rom (Canon website didn't work). I spent a long time trying Canon's set-up process to no success. I used Bing search to find a video titled, "Connect Canon Printer to WiFi or Router" youtube video. There it explained how to manually connect to WiFi using the Printer's interface buttons. You locate your router manually, enter password using * button to switch between number, High/Lower case letters. The guy in video didn't use exact printer model but it is close enough to figure out. I don't unerstand why Canon didn't do a better job explaining this during set-up process :( Once you connect to WiFi, you can complete set-up.

Love this printer for home office. It's compact for the function and the Wireless capability daves me on a daily basis. My only issue why I give ot 4stars, because ot frequently, falls off my network, and gives me 3hr increments of grief to figure out how to restore although it's an available device on my pc. My mobile(5G) connects seamlessly, I just have to drop down to my regulare wifi network instead of 5g wifi network. It'd be amazing if there was a patch update so it would work on 5g. Also, I wish that I could ever find the XL size printing cartridges. Maybe once Ive found. I would stock up if I could.

I normally go with HP but decided to give this Canon a chance for the price and It was worth the chance. It's almost cheaper to replace printers these days verses buying replacement ink cartridges.

Great product! I enjoy using the fax and the copy machine. My family members has use of the machine also. For instance, my Grandson does a lot of school reports, does copies and printing homework assignments. I also would like to mention at this time, many years ago I do a lot of printing copies and sending faxes to several companies pertaining to my refinances on my home.

Very Easy to operate and set up. Very good printer for the price.

Works well. No problems. Lightweight. Pretty easy to set up. I highly recommend. One note, there is a way for the printer to come on as needed. It’s a setting in the menu. Otherwise it only stays on for about 8 hours. After that you have to get up and turn it on unless you change that setting. Good printer for the price.

If you want a good printer for a great price, this is the one. Only issues is I had to manually connect the WiFi and the tiny screen is worthless and very hard to see.
