Just needed to make copies of paperwork. I easily set up and got nice clear copies. I am very happy with this purchase.

I thought it was a good gift to give a senior because the printer she had was outdated and she does a lot of things on her computer so she needed a good printer. i chose this one because in the past i had used a canon until i went over to hp because of the labtop computer that i b ought from best buy which i love and have for some time now. thanks best buy for your good products that i have for for over 15 years from your store. i would not have it any other way. best buy is the best. you can't get any better than best buy. i know it i am living proof of my products that i have purchased. rmpayne

Prints very good and had no issue yet. I print about 4-10 pages every day for work and has not jam once and prints clearly.

Only downfall was a sometimes I have to cut the power back on. If you don’t use it the printer will turn off.. maybe that’s a power saver mode or something.
