In the midst of what has seemed like a covid printer shortage, this seemed like one of the better but still affordable ones I could find available. I didn't get a chance to set it up for a few days after delivery. The test page printed fine. I didn't have to use it for a print job until almost a week later. When I do, I get a paper jam. After clearing it out, I start the job over, and the rollers scrunch up the paper inside and it jams again. I repeat this for 3 days before finally accepting that this printer is not going to work properly and log into my order to see the disheartening "no longer returnable." I did reach out to customer service to give them the chance to turn the experience around, but no attempt was made. Since purchasing this printer, I have seen other reviews pop up with the very same issue, so if you purchase this printer, set it up IMMEDIATELY and prepare to run through a little ink so that you can print, print, print to make sure this doesn't happen to you before the return period ends.

Only downside is that it powers down after use so you do have to remember to put the power on before you print otherwise you get that warning

cannon pixma tr4520-the best wireless all-in 1
