I bought this because I needed to be able to scan, it is wireless, so I thought it would suit my purpose great. Wrong. When I try to scan it tells me the printer is not connected to a computer ( it is supposed to be wireless) I thought ok, I will just scan to a usb and then open it on the computer. Wrong again. The printer does not have a USB port. When printing, the color is dull, low quality looking. I just hope I can still return it, as I didn’t figure all of this out until I tried to scan.

Quick and easy to assemble. Ink was fast and easy to install. Hooked up to network from out the box under 5 minutes.

Excellent for occasional printing. Quality comes out wonderful. Would not suggest if you print large documents as it is on the slower side

I was looking for a basic home wifi printer and this one fit the bill, inexpensive and great print quality for basic home use.

I replaced an HP printer with this Canon. I will never buy another HP printer as this one is so much easier to use.

So far, ok. I like the front paper tray. Takes up less space. Install very difficult. Hard time connecting to the router. Setup CD worthless. Had to go online and find the software to make the computer able to save scans as PDFs.

Bought it specifically for my design boards. I love that I can print vivid color pictures directly from my phone!

Let me start by saying, I know, you get what you pay for. Overall, I'm not happy at all with this all-in-one printer. But at least I paid only $99.99 + tax. Pros: --Crisp copies and fairly crisp prints (at least for now, because it's still a brand new printer)--This is the only reason I gave it 2 stars --Printer didn't cost much --Fairly high resolution on scans Cons: --Uses up ink so fast it will make your head spin!! I just bought an XL black ink cartridge about 10 days ago and it's already about 2/3 gone and I haven't hardly printed anything :( --That brings up the issue of not being able to figure out how to find a pages printed count somewhere to be able to see exactly how many pages I am able to get out of the ink cartridges --Because this printer uses ink so fast, the cost per print is astronomical (but still can't nail down exact cost per page because it's difficult to track the exact amount of pages printed) --There is no backlighting on the display on the printer, so you can't see what it's asking you to do (I literally have to take a flashlight to see what the display says) --It kicks itself offline ALL.THE.TIME. I constantly have to power it back on, which is a hassle. Maybe it's got some sort of auto shut off feature, but if so, I don't need or want that on a printer --paper tray holds hardly any paper --Scan utility is extremely confusing and I'm not happy that it it always saves to a PDF file format. I prefer to save as a JPEG image. If I feel the need for a PDF I can always go back and convert later. It also is confusing on where the scan is saved to. I prefer to choose a file folder as I go, depending on what I'm scanning at the time. I've never owned a Canon printer, but am not impressed with this one overall. I've used Lexmark and HP printers and will probably need to go back to an HP

I am so happy with this printer! I purchased it for my small business and personal use and it was money well spent!!

it works great even though it took me a little how to work it. I printed something the other day that gave me big letters so I have to figure out to put it normal size. Otherwise its working n I use my android phone to make copies wireless style.
