This printer is noisy and slow and cheaply made. After running a test sheet of the printer cartridges, it indicated the alignment is off. Since I was in a hurry to get something printed, I bought it home. Would not recommend

Stick with Canon. HP with my HP envy curved computer kept needing to be restarted with every use. I love Canon it takes aftermarket cartridges as well! I won't purchase anything else.

Set up was much more difficult to set up to wi-fi than older model. This one you have to download an app and then hook app to wi-fi and then it will notice your wi-fi. It takes two ink cartridges only. I thought it was equal to what I had I believe 920 model which took I believe 5-6 ink cartridges. And a larger printer. I hooked up ran about 30 important papers colored and black and white. When I was finished, my tablet flashed printer low on ink (Blk). I purchased 2 black cartridges on Amazon. A few days later color cartridge flashing ink low. Cartridges are expensive and don’t seem to last long. I would have paid for a bigger better one but with everyone working from home my options weren’t good. And I needed one right away for faxing and printing.

So far all works great. No problems. The doors are delicate and not something that you should open with any force, just be gentle. I like that it holds a lot of paper don't have to refill as often as others.

It’s okay. For some reason if I don’t use it after a while I need to reconnect my devices to the printer so I can print using WiFi signal. Plus I just needed to replace the ink and it was very hard to find the actual brand ink and number. Pretty expensive too.

Good printer so far, I can use it remotely from my cell phone with the compatible app to scan documents like I need to. I got it on back order but it still came as soon as I needed it to.

Printer doesn't stay connected. Everytime I have to use it to print something, I gotta run the troubleshooter and pray it works. It's 0% reliable. I'm not sure if this is just a defective product or all of them are like this, but it's really annoying. Can't even use the scanner because it won't connect to any of our computers. I followed all the steps and nothing. I had an HP that unfortunately had an issue with the printerhead and NEVER gave me any issue with the connection. It's definitely not our computers. Plus, I'm very tech savvy and I've tried any possible solution and nothing. I'm definitely requesting an exchange/refund.
