Tricky installation

Printer wont connect

I tried to reconnect it as soon as I had a chance. It was purchased on July 17th and my grandson passed away on the 18th so I could not get back to it until the 25th after the funeral. I still have not been able to get this printer to work or connect to my phone, my 2 desktops nor my laptop

Returned it within hour I received it.

And then after a few pages printed from phone ( didn’t get a chance to connect with computer successfully), paper jammed (It pulled 15- 20 pages at the same time ) . Returned it within hours I received it . Will consider HP or other brand .

If I am printing from a website it prints really small and I have to make too many adjustments to print bigger. In order to print dark I have to keep the print option on pictures otherwise it would print really light. Maybe I have to play around with the printer some more, but I am not a fan at the moment.
