    No manual included. WiFi connection almost impossible to set up. Calling Canon had long waits. Agents don’t have all the right answers. I have to teach them and then I tell them to ask their supervisors. They come back on phone saying I’m right and they learned something new. All I have set up so far is the copy ability.

    Speed is a bit slow at printing. But it’s fine for what I use it for. Connected great to WiFi.

    Prints jam too much. (More than previous printer!) I use 24lb paper. It's true, we get what we pay for.
