If I could give this a zero I would this is the worst printer I have ever owned it never works. Cannon wants $99 to make it work, my advice is never buy a cannon product.

After a week, the printer would NOT scan to my computer. After multiple uninstalls and reinstalls, the scanned would still NOT work! It was so frustrating. I would have returned it but because of COVID-19 all the Best Buy stores were closed.

This is by far the worst printer I've ever used. It is slow, disconnects frequently, and runs out of ink after printing 30 pages. Not only that, but when I tried to return it, Best Buy made me speak with 8 different agents to figure out how to do it. Don't waste your time.

I am disappointesd in the quality of the plastic parts found in and on the printer The cover shakes, rattles and rolls when lifted and closed the paper discharge collector has thin, plastic assembled parts I am concerned that these parts will failure quickly .

Initially worked well then started to jam quite easily here and there. Spend more money on something sturdier. This flimsy printer won’t last. Also, the quality of the print lacks sharp crispness.

This would be a great printer if the black ink would print more than 20 pages. I have replaced the ink cartridge multiple times and get around 20 pages of black per cartridge. Save your money and buy a different printer.

After the first handful of uses, the paper started jamming. Now it jams every other page we print. We've only had it for 1-2 months. I would really like a refund.

Setup took 1 1/2+ hours only to have to manually set up the printer head in addition to auto set up of printer head that printed wavy lines multiple times. I then attempted to call the Canon customer service line for support after trying to remedy the wavy line issue from multiple searches on the setup tool and support site. The customer service line hung up on me multiple times for not having a “my canon account” and when I finally got through the wait time was estimated to be 21-29 minutes. Worst experience with a printer ever.

This printer was a major disappointment! Quality is poor and the fax screen pops up and won’t go away so you can’t print ! I wish I had returned it but it’s too late now! I guess you get what u pay for

Got this for a very special price, $60 approximately and shortly after setting it up, I figured out why. WiFi connectivity is not good. My computer and phone often can’t find the printer or vice versa. Thumbs down.

The power automation is inconvenient...in order to print, I have to go into the office and turn the power on...there doesn't seem to be a setting to stay powered on... Otherwise, I would have rated all 5 stars

Functions display is tiny and inappropriately and inconveniently placed on top, does not flip up and LCD is primative,,...should be LCD. User manual was hard to find and download,.. plus obscure in instructions.

This printer has ADF but does not scan double sided documents unless you have an Apple or a Mac.

This printer worked great for about 6 months. Then just stopped working great. Ink is expensive and runs out fast. Not an air printer like it says it is.

This printer is ok if your doing VERY occasional printing needs. Not a good one for daily household use. This was my second replacement which failed less than a year so number 3 was a new laser jet printer instead.

Uses Ink very quickly!!! Will be expensive to operate. Canon using same principle as Eastman Kodak - 'Give them the Camera, but sell them the Film!'

It is making a very loud noise when printing. The black ink ran out after 30pags of prints. It cost $17 dollars replace the black ink only. Not good at all.

Terrible, terrible purchase. Yes, it was cheap and theoretically does everything I need it to but the ink cartridges are bleeding me dry. And I'm not the only one who's had a problem with how fast the cartridges run out... on average I can get 15 prints before the "low ink" message is back on. I have spent well over how much I purchased this printer for just on ink alone. Would not recommend if you plan to do ANY printing because it will cost you an arm and a leg to keep it supplied. Wishing now I just spent the extra money on a laser printer...

Ever since we got it, it has not fed well, has not printed well, jammed on every other paper. I have wasted/recycled many sheets...probably 50. The salesman said I would not need ink for a long time. By april 10, I had to buy a black ink cartridge! I have wanted to return it, but of course, I can't now.

I could not print because my printer was not listed on my computer. Called Geek Squad. I have 24/7 online. She fixed it and now only prints the first page. Am tired of messing with it. What should I do?
