I've had this printer for several months. I don't use it much, though, so wear and tear are no excuse for its poor performance. I selected it because I really wanted a very small printer/scanner/fax machine, and this is indeed compact. But that's the only good thing about it. 1. If you want to set it up wirelessly with a Mac, be prepared to call customer support. There are known issues, so if it doesn't work, it may not be your fault. We had to dig deep into the settings to disable a feature that was preventing it from working. 2. Settings are difficult to use. There is no obvious "draft" mode. The scanning software is much more primitive than on previous Canon printers. I had to download a third party product to give me scanning features I used to have with my Canon MX410. 3. Flimsy construction. No matter how carefully I adjust the paper guides, I find that documents fed through the ADF copy or scan at an angle. 4. Worst of all: mystery paper jams. There is never any paper actually jammed, but I am required to check and restart printing jobs constantly. I'm using fresh reams of paper and doing my best to adjust the paper guide, so I don't think it's my fault. For, say, a 16-page print job, I expect two to three phantom paper jams that will require me to open the printer, find nothing wrong, and hit OK. I may have to print a few pages separately when it's all done. I would not be at all surprised if I am using a different printer within the next few months and it probably won't be another Canon.

I was very happy with the ease of setup and with the print quality. Have had it for about three months and already shopping for a replacement because it jams so easily.

I have 4 home computers set up to the Canon TR4520. It was easy to set up to the computers and setting up wireless was a snap. This has everything you will need unless you need prints really fast. The speed is okay for my use. I like the fact that you can print on both side of the paper.

    Good printer

Very good printer/scanner. I have never used the fax feature. It is a little slow if you need to print a lot of pages but for only a few it isn't bad. Sometimes it was hard to get it to connect to the wireless internet, but that might have been the internet (issues with other devices too) and not the printer itself. Used it for graduate school and then general printing. Did not need to print a bunch though.
