Great value for a printer. Easy to use, simple technology.

Easy to install just plug and play on by Mac......

Replaced an existing Canon printer which tech advised I needed to do. Not sure I actually needed to purchase a new printer, but tech had one in truck. When he installed the TR4522 it would not work, so I had to drive to store to purchase yet another one. Cartridges are super expensive and do not last long !!!!! miss my previous printer !

My printer is working great. I gave four stars because set up was very time-consuming.

Only issue I have with this printer is that it does not start up automatically. So, you need to turn it on before pressing the print button and turn it off after your done or leave it on. One would think that such a basic process would be included.

Cannon supplies technical customer support number, but it is not answered. Very slow communication between computer and printer even with a cable connection. Does not scan doc to a pdf format only as pictures. [ even though was told by salesperson that it would] Printer less than an yr. old and already experiencing brain glitches. Printer sometimes spits out several shhets of paper with a printed sheet.

This is the worst printer you can find. First it was difficult getting it linked. Now it won't copy. Just keeps telling me to put paper in the cassette but the cassette has paper. It's made of cheap plastic and you must switch paper and photo paper in the same cassette. Don't waste your money.

Only printed small number of copies before ink ran out. Bought new Canon brand name cartridge and also only able to print < 30 pages. Contacted Canon support and rep named Charles said each cartridge will only print 20-30 pages. Tried to return printer to store and they refused because it was 21 days from purchase and they only do returns for 14 days.

Best Buy sent me damaged garbage that never worked, and I know it will cost me far more than its supposed value in my time and effort to ever get this issue resolved. Best Buy essentially stole from me. Never buying anything from them ever again.

Hopeless. Trying to switch from PRINT to COPY or to SCAN is a nightmare. It needs more buttons--simple ones that say PRINT, COPY, and SCAN. This is one case where Lucy needs to hold it down so it can be kicked.

Worst printer ever!! Many error messages, Ink price its crazy for the amount of papers you want to print, Wifi feature its horrible!!

don't buy this model it will print one page then if go try to print again it loose wifi connection don't buy canon there printers sucks go for hp or brother they are more reliable
