I love it! It's cute and simple and it prints black and white as well as color. It was on sale at Best Buy for $60 dollars plus, my wife and I also got the Geeksquad warranty. It's the neatest little printer I've ever owned, and I appreciate that it doesn't require a membership to use.

Prints scans faxes -- it does it all and is quiet and efficient. i purchased other brands and Canon makes the best printers - high quality printing and long lasting.

This printer works fairly well and easy to use. As a printer, it works well. The print is nice and clear. When I use the feed tray, I can always see a partial faint line at the top where the page ends. When I use the scanning bed and align everything as it should be, there is always a full line along one side. I have repositioned the paper several times and there is always a line.

The TR4720 has all the features I needed! Print/scan/copy/fax! I have only used it once. but I'm sure it will continue to impress! I do have to mention that a huge plus for me was the ability to, not only be able to print wirelessly, but I can also connect it directly to my PC for print jobs! I do suggest ordering extra ink!

Print quality is good and set up was easy. Small size so it fits in my small office well.

Setup of the printer seemed easy, but was unable to get it to actually print. Screen never showed printer, always seemed to want me to save item. I’m no techie, so after trying for about an hour I gave up. Gave the printer to a friend because it was too late to return. They set it up with no problem. I went out and bought a Brother printer, which was easy to setup and it printed with no issues.

I got ZERO help your store that I purchased this at RE my question about if the black cartridge runs out of ink will I be FORCED to replace the color cartridge too (which I never use-I only need to print in black) which was the case with the Epson WF2960 that I bought. They never told me about this at the store and now I'm stuck with it which is why I purchased this printer.

This was an easy set up and worked after reviewing You Tube Instructions. Don't like that I haven't found a wait to select Draft Options on the Print Screen, but am working on that. Also don't like there wasn't any manual, even a Quick Set Up type would've been nice. But It's still a great printer.

Got this for my husband for Christmas… we’ve tried every option so far except for the fax option and it works great!! Pictures print out amazing. Easy to sync with our chrome books. And the print app for our phones makes things even easier. Would definitely recommend!!

Easy to set up, solid print quality. Don't love that it uses lots of color ink in color printing. Still a great product at the price point.

Easy set up and good print quality. A little slow printing but this is not a high production printer. Good for small print jobs

Easy to set up and get going. Prints quickly. Only downside/oddity s the paper tray has to be fully extended or papers end up on the floor. Learned to hear the full click pretty quickly.

So far, so good. The print quality is amazing for this price, as well as its connectivity. Its connection to the wifi and apps as been seamless, with zero drops or connection issues. Also very easy to add new devices with the app or just being discovered on the wifi.

It's a good every day printer. I like the scan capabilities and the auto feeder on top. I have had a few issues with the feeder jamming up when papers go in. Other than that, it's a good wireless printer that has held up well. I went through a lot of ink and had to buy cartridges quickly.

Finally a printer/scanner that works GREAT!! Not only does it work great the toner/ink is affordable! The last 2 printers I bought worked well but the toner/ink were either super expensive or incredibly difficult to find. This prints nice a clean and really easy to scan papers into phone or computer.

I like the unit. It does what is supposed to do very nicely. I like the idea of no "cables".
