The printer itself works great. It came with no instructions so we went the easy way and had the Geek Squad install it. We had read on other reviews that it could get a little complicated. It uses a lot of ink. In compering the cost of ink and the problem of ink drying out or the amount of ink being short, we decided to return it and buy a laser printer. We only print 100 to 150 pages a month

As a college student I print a lot of things and it has great quality for black and white and also color

Nice printer, it could be a little easier to use. Overall I think it's a nice printer. I like that it is wireless.

It's a good printer once you get it on wifi. It has no text keyboard for typing in the wifi password, so if you ever disconnect from wifi you must manually add the password to reconnect which takes really long using those toggle buttons. The app only works well to print-don't try to print and the choose the printer. Go through the app if you are printing through your phone. Also, the ink has issues, I can see the levels of in remaining are half or more on all the colors, yes it is saying the black is out. Also the ink is expensive but it does last long except now that it's saying it ran out for me when I have hardly used it and it is visible how much there is through the see thru ink compartments.

Print quality in speed very good for an inexpensive printer. Ink costs are rather high as Ink cartridges do not last that long and there are no good alternative remanufactured cartridges that work consistently either.

I have purchased more than a few products from Best Buy, this Canon printer is just what I need. With the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth ready, the fax and printing capabilities, I love my product, I will definitely recommend to someone else, thank you!

This printer, once one gets it online, and understands that the printer must be turned on before Windows is opened, works well.

I bought this printer several months ago. I had to have someone come to the house to set it up. I was now charged $100 for him to come whereas this service used to be included in my Total membership. He was in my home a long time as he too had problems setting it up. The printer feed of the paper still does not work correctly. I recently bought a new laptop and I am dreading setting it up as I really don't want to spend another $100 for setting it up.

print quanity for my apps is pretty good . Cartridges not too long lasting and after about 2 sets you have paid fo a new machine ???!!! No instructions , had to download it all .

I love the fact that this printer is an all in one, at a very reasonable price. It's easy to use and hook up.

This product is ok for MacBooks but remember to update or your laptop or computer will not shutdown

Works perfect for what I need. Easy set up, easy to use. Great for my card making and scrap booking hobby. I haven't used it a lot yet but so far good.

Easy to set up and prints well. It does seem to go through ink faster than our previous canon pixma printer which is why only 3 stars instead of 4.
