I thought even with the app on my phone it is a struggle to keep it connected. If you can connect it phone line i would say it is great but not so much. Luckily I only need it for occasional papers that need printed out for my kids online school.

Nice Little Printer

I set up it with ease and connected to my PC easily as well. I tried to replace the cartridges this week on Monday, April 3, however, I could not connect it to my PC. I called Totaltech and they told me to call the Geek Squad. 3 hours later as I sat there the tech person connected it, test printed a page, however, the print was shadowed with a double print image. The tech finished thinking my print was ok, however, it was not, and proceed to logged off. I will be going to the store today. I pay extra for Total Tech, this is ridiculous.

Disappointed

I can’t get the printer to not cut off a portion of my copies. My scan doesn’t scan to my email. Just very disappointed with this printer. It’s loud and slow.
