I set up it with ease and connected to my PC easily as well. I tried to replace the cartridges this week on Monday, April 3, however, I could not connect it to my PC. I called Totaltech and they told me to call the Geek Squad. 3 hours later as I sat there the tech person connected it, test printed a page, however, the print was shadowed with a double print image. The tech finished thinking my print was ok, however, it was not, and proceed to logged off. I will be going to the store today. I pay extra for Total Tech, this is ridiculous.

Disappointed

I can’t get the printer to not cut off a portion of my copies. My scan doesn’t scan to my email. Just very disappointed with this printer. It’s loud and slow.

I would recommend it for anyone looking for a reasonable price and it does duplex printing.

Crappy Printer

I told the guy I wanted a Cannon cuz I had one and wanted to continue buying ink from Amazon that was inexpensive. He told me I could do that with any! This crap uses so much ink, isn’t sharp printing pictures; (the colors of pictures aren’t accurate), is really loud when printing, front doesn’t close if you have paper in the tray, and you have to pop the bottom up so the printed paper doesn’t fly everywhere. That bottom part feels like it’s going to break every time. Just a really crappy printer. If that kid at Best Buy had told me I’d gladly have spent more money to get a better printer. He kept saying doesn’t matter the price they all do the same thing! Clearly they DON’T!!!
