It was complicated to set up. However, I got it to scan and print a few documents I needed. Although, every time I needed to use it, I had to go through a set up process. In the end, I won't be using it that much. Inconveniently, it did what I needed to get done.

I bought this PIXMA TR4720 to replace my old PIXMA that doesn't work with my Chromebook. Delivery was fast, setup very easy. I like that the fax operation is not temporary and works without the necessity of a mobile app, and that the updates don't depend on a paid subscription. I've also noticed that the hinges for the flatbed scanner accommodate thicker "originals". The print speed is not superfast but is ok for my needs.

Works as indicated. A bit dicey to set up but we got it. We don't print often so we picked an inexpensive one for our needs. This one fit the bill.

Cheap and easy to setup. All in one that works as it's supposed to. Ink goes rather quickly in this model.

It works pretty good. It seems like it gets confused when you want to turn it off or on though.

a nice printer but neither Canon or Best Buy tell you it does not support 5G. Which means you can't use your phone as a hot spot to connect wirelessly unless you change settings each time you want to use it. Aggravating that I did not know that until it was too late. Connecting each time is a pain.

This printer is ideal for my purposes, wireless, prints well, and the ink cartridges are not over priced. All in all I’m pleased.

For the price it's a reliable printer and it does a good job conserving ink.

Works perfectly. I love the scanning feature - it makes it super fast by automatically loading my paper and sending it to my Mac!

I wouldn’t advise this printer that is unless you’re okay with connecting it via usb cord to your desktop every time you need to use it. It’s just not convenient for anyone that prints a lot.

I have a Canon printer now and if I won one would give this one to my younger daughter & with the set up for her. thank you

Works as expected. Wish it also came with a cable for direct connection to a pc or laptop if needed.

Am returning the 2nd TR4720. It works fine for a few months, then paper jam is indicated but there is no paper. Tried to reset a few times but instructions say it's a sensor failure. liked the model so when 1st one returned tried again...but it too lasted a few months. Think it was Model MF232 larger Canon. which preceded these. Same problem What is it with their sensors? WIll replace with an Epson

Love the wi-fi connect. So far it’s satisfied my needs. Only drawback is the main screen does not light up.

This is really good printer for the price. Was skeptical at first but it works great, good printer quality and blue tooth to boot
