Good for small jobs

Flimsy on some parts and according to the ink it does not last, maybe just a bad cartridge? Only one print (6 pgs) and the printer already says low on ink.

The Geek Squad tech who installed it tried 3 times to install the ink cartridges. The printer kept telling him to "install cartridges", even though he HAD installed them. He told us to take it back, it was defective, so we returned it.

TR4720 A nice printer for the price

Delivery was fast, setup very easy. I like that the fax operation is not temporary and works without the necessity of a mobile app, and that the updates don't depend on a paid subscription. I've also noticed that the hinges for the flatbed scanner accommodate thicker "originals". The print speed is not superfast but is ok for my needs.

However, I got it to scan and print a few documents I needed. Although, every time I needed to use it, I had to go through a set up process. In the end, I won't be using it that much. Inconveniently, it did what I needed to get done.
