    So far it’s a great printer and i bought it for a great price. The only down side is the ink cartridge didn’t last very long I printed about 10 copies and it ran out of time ink

    Instructions are not useful. I can't get the print cartridges to install, and i need to wait a week for service. Very disappointed and frustrated. i find it impossible to evaluate a piece of equipment that does not function.

    Garbage. Followed instructions to install and setup, my network recongnizes printer but nothing works. The only button that works is the power button. Very disapponted.

    I just needed a printer, I didn't realize this printer could also fax. It probably can scan too but there were no instructions included in the box. However, I did just want a printer.
