Buyer beware of Canon’s big ink scam!

Well, setup was easy bc I saw on YouTube how to set it up. The problem is the ink. I literally used this printer about three times using about 4 pieces of paper total & the ink is completely out. The paper didn’t even have a lot of writing on it. (No exaggeration on how many times I used it.) The cost is for new ink is $30.00+ (& we’re talking every 4 pages). My printer says the color ink is half full, but it doesn’t print on the paper. Smh…Canon’s big ink scam!!!

disappointing on more than one level

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it's rare that i give low scoring reviews, but this printer was confusing and awkward to set up, provided mediocre print quality (and that's being generous), and while this is unrelated to the product itself, I found out the hard way that Best Buy's return policy had changed to a mere 15 days, unless you pay $50/month for whatever the higher membership level is called. this may very well have been my last purchase from Best Buy

The fax NEVER worked. The printer has a Tiny area to install ink cartridges and the ink barely lasts as this printer uses too much ink. The tiny window on the top is barely visible and difficult to use when problems occur....and problems always occur. My last printer was an Hp and lasted 12 yrs.......this one not even 12 months
