Broke After One Use – Total Waste

Tried to return it but couldn’t, and shipping it back to the manufacturer would’ve cost more than the printer itself. Ended up having to just throw it in the trash. Really disappointed with how this turned out.

It kept losing connection to my router and its programmed to shut itself off after a certain length of time. There doesn't appear to be an override to this function. The print quality was OK but overall, I would not recommend this item.

DIFFICULT TO SET UP

Wholly disappointing printer

Even the XL cartridges are gone very quickly. -Large color prints are washed out. -The document feeder regularly jams -The duplexer only works for general purpose paper If you’re planning to print more than a few pages now and then or if you plan to print full page color prints, I recommend spending a little more on a higher quality printer.
