Good overall printer

I like the scan capabilities and the auto feeder on top. I have had a few issues with the feeder jamming up when papers go in. Other than that, it's a good wireless printer that has held up well. I went through a lot of ink and had to buy cartridges quickly.

Not the best quality prints, and it’s rather slow, but I got a great deal on it and ink seems to last a while. I print mainly text so I really can’t complain, looks just fine.

Will do nearly everything from print, copy, scan and fax which we don't use. The only thing I wish it would do is eprint from sending an email. The ink is mot as full as it is with other printers.

Cartridge ink is scarce but printer is good

I called to order the cartridges but unfortunately one of the customer services representative ordered the wrong cartridge for me. I am not happy cos I had the printer but I not get the cartridges ink. Apart from the cartridge ink, the printer work so good and easy to use, I could print from my phone and my laptop. I did call bestbuy customer service today again and the lady ordered a cartridge ink for me and said that one is compatible with my printer, so I hope it works.

Cannon Pixma TR4720 Printer

Being very happy with my old printer, I decided to upgrade to a new Cannon TR4720 and am very happy and enjoy that same Cannon quality with the newer model.
