New Canon printer.

At first I was confused cuz I didn’t see any manual to help. But then I realized I had to scan a QR code to get the info. It was pretty easy to start it and it works fine so far. I’m glad it came with ink as well.

GOT A PAPER JAM I COULD NOT REMOVE. AFTER SPEAKING WITH MY BROTHER HE HAS THE SAME PRINTER WITH A PAPER JAM HE COULDNOT REMOVE. IT MEETS ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLE IF YOU COULD ACTUALLY USE IT

I have been able to change the print cartridges easily. One problem I have with this machine is that the message box on top of the machine is hard to read, and I have to use a flashlight to see what it is showing. Other than that, I love the machine and it meets all my printing/copying needs.

He was also honest. When I asked if he were buying a printer, what would he buy. He said he did not own one. He copies at Staples. I had to pay $135 to to a specialist to connect my printer. I go to Best Buy because my experience has been that your staff are well prepared to assist customers. I was disappointed. I felt he should have at least known that printers have gotten more complicated along with everything thing else in this field. I don’t have as much confidence in your store as I had before. I will say, however, that I appreciated his honesty.

Way better than the HP and easier to set up
