Great timing and quality printer to boot.

The quality is awesome and very good looking. The ink cartridges are the same at both homes, so buying is easier. This was the last item on the shelf and the person behind me came for the same printer, I did get the last one.

Not As Structurally Sound As The PIXMA MX410

I understand that this TR4720 is suppose to be more streamline, smaller in build & not as bulky. However, I find this model's paper tray to be more flimsy, the window is to the back of the printer making it harder to read & the ink cartridges run out way faster even though I'm doing the same amount of printing.

Easy set up for wireless printing from all my devices. Just don't understand why anyone would pay 2x - 5x the money for a printer.

One of the lower priced printers that has a document feeder on top for scanning multiple sheet at once. Paper feeding flap that sticks out vs. paper tray that slips under, so a bit of a concession there, but still worth it overall.

No manual or info on how to get instructions. Cartridges are expensive... It was the cheapest... I do not care for Pixma plan. When printer misfeeds you still pay for those pages.

Disappointing!!! And frustrating!!

It's been one month and it's got lots of problems: it pauses of its own accord, it tells me there's a paper jam when there isn't, it tells me to align the heads which I do with no discernable difference. WHAT FRUSTRATION! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!
