My other Canon printer quit working I had it for so long I was so husband I getting another one but I found this one online at Best Buy it works great easy to use use your friendly because I am not

Easy to use and set up took just about 20 minutes. Still on the ink that came with...lol

This is not as good as my previous Epson printer. If the power is on sleep mode, I have to turn it on. It does not automatically wake up when I send a job to print. It prints fine and does the job for the price I paid for it.

nice little printer. easy to load and print off pictures. haven't used it for anything else yet..hope to learn to fax on it.

Don’t waste your time or money. I have a PIXMA MG2522 and I love it because it is well made and never fails. I need a fax machine and I thought this model would be of equal quality since carrying a similar model name badge. Unfortunately, that was not the case. From unpacking the device, I immediately noticed the plastic frame felt fragile and flimsy. The ink cartridge installation felt wobbly and much different than my other printer, although both devices use exact same method. The ink cartridge holders felt flimsy and no matter how many times I tried to get them installed, the printer kept displaying a failure to accept the cartridge. I never had this problem with my other model. If I am having this much trouble with a brand new machine, what is it going to be like in the future? I foresee nothing but problems. I never did get the machine to accept the black ink cartridge. Also the plastic lid and button panel had a gap that looked terrible. Overall, this machine is very cheaply made and I never was able to use it because of the ink cartridge failure. Don’t waste your time or money with this model!

This printer does what it is supposed to do. It is easy to set up and directions are clear. Just one thing I would like to see is a light up digital instruction screen.

I get my order faster and is easy to use I like and I recommend to everyone.

I needed a printer to print some documents for work and make copies, this did the job. It was one of the lower priced ones and it had all the functions I needed. You can also print pictures with certain kind of photo print “paper” but I haven’t tried that yet.

Great value for money. Working in a great condition for a few months.

Prints very well. Only thing had troubles with was connecting to the internet. But got it worked out

Good product for the price. Only problem that I found that there was no physical manual. Have to look all information on the internet.

Perfect printer for what I need to accomplish. I have to print documents related to work almost daily. The printer handles the tasks well and provides a long time before the cartridges need to be replaced. The setup is easy and the app just simplifies everything even more.

I had a very old Canon printer that didn't have a feeder. This printer/scanner is so much faster and can take multiple pages without me feeding it one-by-one. I love it. The only (minor) complaint I have is that when it starts up to print, it's loud. But for the quick response, I can live with it.

easy setup, easy usage and it prints a decent quality without being super expensive

I used to have the same printer and it was fine, so, when I needed a new one, I bought the same model. It's been one month and it's got lots of problems: it pauses of its own accord, it tells me there's a paper jam when there isn't, it tells me to align the heads which I do with no discernable difference. WHAT FRUSTRATION! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!
