My previous Cannon last for 5 years before I broke it. The warranty is great and the service department (troubleshooting) is great. Way to go Cannon!

Canon PIXMA 4720 Printer

I've only been using this printer for about a week and it's been very nice to have a reliable printer. It was a bonus to find it on sale from a very reputable store.

Not reliable printer

The problem is it disconnects from my laptop all the time. So I'm constantly having to reconnect it. It's a wireless printer. I was told they no longer have printers that connect via cord.

Had to figure out how to turn off the printer, had to go online and watch a YouTube video that showed me how to turn it off. Otherwise, easy to use from my phone or iPad.
