I had to have someone come to the house to set it up. I was now charged $100 for him to come whereas this service used to be included in my Total membership. He was in my home a long time as he too had problems setting it up. The printer feed of the paper still does not work correctly. I recently bought a new laptop and I am dreading setting it up as I really don't want to spend another $100 for setting it up.

Bas printer/ desktop interface

The only problem is the first time I send a print command there is a printer error. I then have to run a trouble shooting scan and then it will print as long as I have the printer and New HP Desktop turned on. If I turn them off and back on again I have to again run the trouble shoot scan. I contacted Canon ant the remotely reset the printer app. But after 1 day the same thing is happening

Making sure I have quality documents and attachments, the Pixma printer/scanner by Canon was a good way to get such documents. This is a great device that I wish I had thought of purchasing earlier.

Good quality at a bargain price

This is my second Canon printer (the first was hit by lightning, or I'm sure it would still be working!). I highly recommend.
