Overall, a very good buying experience, from the customer service representative, Muna (?) (Greenfield, WI), to the ease of set up videos issued by Canon via the "web". This unit was purchased to replace an HP printer that went "wacky" on me and would no longer recognize itself as a viable printer option! Anyway, this was the 2nd HP printer that "failed" to properly "perform?". Hence, I will NEVER purchase any HP products again. This Canon printer performs "like a charm". Could not be happier with this unit so far!

This is an excellent printer for a reasonable price. Its compact size makes it easy to fit into smaller spaces and the refillable ink is AWESOME. I can easily see how much ink is left and how evenly it’s using the colors. Because mine is set up on a bookshelf, i don’t not enjoy the rear paper loader. The paper flops over the printer because it doesn’t have space to lean back. The small display screen is also tough to read and you have to click through a lot of screens for the various functions. Setting up WiFi is particularly frustrating the small keypad. But overall I would highly recommend this for an excellent budget printer! Nice compact machine for my home use. The downloaded app makes printing a breeze from my phone or ipad. Very happy with this purchase. A little worried about how long ink lasts but it goes with the territory.

We owned a Pixma 922, we loved it but the printer head kept going out and finally it just died. Wanted to get something comparable but didnt have the money. So we bought this smaller printer tr4720 and we ABSOLUTELY love it. Printing from my phone is much easier with this printer than with our Pixma MX922. If you have to get another printer, truly consider this printer. Its only drawback is no light in the display window.

I have used Canon printers for several years with perfect results. My last printer became unusable because I had changed passwords on my router and the old printer was not supported any longer with software upgrades. I had no other issue. The new printer was installed with little issue and printed my project flawlessly. I am very happy with this new printer with only 2 ink cartridges instead of the old unit with 6 cartridges. It’s a great machine.

So far so good I bought it for my home use and Ian very pleased with this purchase it connected to my computer my phone and everything i needed to use it for thank you Best Buy and thanks to the associate who recommended it to me may family and I are really enjoying it we had a previous canon printer which lasted for over ten years so my experience with canon primax series printer’s is i got a good deal for my money

This is an inexpensive printer and as such works as it should. Setup is easy and prints are good. There are many printers out there that are superior to this one and they cost a lot more too. Great for home probably not too good in an office setting.

Easy set-up, good print quality, and easy to use. sending from multi-devices is very handy, my wife and I both use it and send from different rooms in the house it makes it very handy.

The printer is good for the price, the print quality is also good. The only problem i don't like is the ink ran out very quickly, i even changed the setting and the ink still ran out pretty fast.

Speed and quality are adequate for the price paid. Wi-Fi connectivity is stable within a distance of 5ft, have not tried farther than that. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the screen is not backlit.
