Terrible printer!! Sent it back to Canon because of a paper jam. There was a white line going down the page printed. Got a new one can't get one page orinted. All it does is jam. It's junk. I bought a different brand. So I get to take a total loss on it!!

A good purchase however, it a bit complicated but getting the hang of it now

Fresh and Brand New Out of the box, I opened both inks (black and color), I printed ONE document that was 15 pages (double sided) and before it even finished printing the cartridges ran out of ink! Each replacement pack of in is roughly $35 for regular and $55 for XL. Who wants to constantly buy ink and you cant print more than 30 pages!? Home printers are becoming one of the biggest scams that we allow in the US. After one use I just packed it back up and put it in storage. Trash

Unfortunately this has not been a pleasant experience. I have not been able to establish connectivity with the two computers that I wish to use it with. Admittedly both computers are rather old running Windows 10 which I hesitate to replace because of older programs that I have used for years that can not be replaced. I purchased the warranty program with this printer but have not had the opportunity as of yet to see if this problem can be resolved.

The worst excuse fkr a printer. Less than 20 pages and its out of ink rven with XL carts. If you run out of one ink you run out of both.

You get what you pay for. Honestly I always by HP, but this was such a good deal I bought it. It wasn't easy to install and I can't even make PDF's. unless I by them. I'm most likely going to return I and get an HP. Also and the PDF"s it did make were very pour quality.

Too small display. No backlight display. Not usable adjustment borderlines. Poor settings & not intuitive

The setup process was SO easy, I genuinely do not understand how some of these reviews say it was difficult. We had it up and printing within 10 minutes. The picture quality is so crisp compared to our previous HP printer. I've attached comparisons; the left page was our HP printer that would charge us PAGE USAGE, and the right is our new Canon printer. The difference is immaculate.

This is my second time purchasing the Canon PIXMA TR4720, and I love it. It works well because it’s easy to set up, connects smoothly to Wi-Fi, and handles different tasks like printing documents, scanning, and copying without any issues.

A great printer for the price. I had purchased a $400 HP printer that didn't work out of the box. After 2 weeks of very horrible customer service from HP, they sent a replacement that also would not work. They are now refusing to do anything more to make it right, so I am done with HP products. This Canon was on sale for $59.99 (Regularly $99.99, I believe) and let me tell you it totally works great with most of the same features of the $400 HP. It was easy to set up, connects to wifi easy, stays connected, much better print quality, quieter and can actuslly finish a print job completely and as directed by settings. The HP jammed every other page or would give a "trsy empty" message every other page, even though the paper tray was full, would print black and whitecwhen it was set for color, kept disconnecting and giving error messages, stopped printing halfway through a project and saying the project was completed, printed only dinglevsidedvwhen it wss set to print double sided and dizens of other issues with the HP. This Canon puts that HP printer to total shame at a fraction of the cost because all of the features work great and the print image quality is spectacular! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the body of the printer does feel a bit flemsy, but at least I have a working printer and I would purchase these all day long over any HP products.

The latest Canon printer I purchased has exceeded my expectations. It offers excellent print quality for both documents and images, with sharp text and vibrant colors.
