I found it very easy to set up this printer and to use it. It's a nice printer, quiet and fast printing. Scanning was easy as well. I have not tried the fax function.

I like the unit. It does what is supposed to do very nicely. I like the idea of no "cables".

Easy set up, print is a little but quality is fine. Overall very pleased with the value.

This inexpensive printer does the job as well as a more pricey printer/scanner. This is my second Canon printer (the first was hit by lightning, or I'm sure it would still be working!). I highly recommend.

very Easy to operate, affordable and makes nice copies

I’ve had the Canon PIXMA TR4720 for a little over a year, and unfortunately it recently stopped working. It worked fine for basic printing at first, but I didn’t expect it to break down so quickly with normal home use. I mainly used it for occasional documents and scanning, so it wasn’t heavily used. After just over a year, the printer started having issues and eventually stopped functioning altogether. It’s frustrating because you expect a printer to last longer than that. While the print quality was decent when it worked, the durability has been disappointing. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other options if you’re looking for a printer that will last longer.

Overall good printer. Kinda limited controls so a bit frustrating if you need more options for your printing you’ll want to go with a different printer. Quality good and price was good.

Easy to set up and works well. I was amazed at how quiet and quick it was. Use of the mobile app is pretty cool, too.

It did exactly what i needed it to do. It printed well and I've had this for 3 years now. Way bettered than brother printers.

An excellent printer in terms of print quality. The only negative is the software. Took forever to figure out how to scan as it gave me several options and took a while to see which was best for me. But the wifi was great and I loved how it found it effortlessly.

I found it easier to hook this printer up to my network using the printer cable, rather than wirelessly. The printer worked perfectly for a while, but then became prone to repeated paper jams. I actually bought another printer, an Epson, and was ready to install it. But then the Canon started working properly again, so it remains my default machine. But I have a backup printer ready for the next spate of trouble. In the past, I have found Canon printers slow, clunky and balky, but somehow I keep forgetting this and buying more of them. I think Epsons are better, if you really want to know. I've had problems with HP, too....

Had some problem setting it up. Had download the canon app so I could scan from the printer to the computer. It worked pretty well after connecting it with the computer. Great printer at a great price.
