Good for the price

I like that it scans and has a scanning feeder. The feeder is quite slow. It also runs out of ink fairly quickly. I don't use it too often, bought it about 2 months ago and it already needs more ink.

Disappointed in Canon, happy with Best Buy

Canon required you to use a program to install it. Midway through the install, before the ink was put in, the program froze and would not unfreeze. Best Buy was nice enough to give me all my money back and to return the printer to Canon with details about the defect.

The only down side is the ink cartridge didn’t last very long I printed about 10 copies and it ran out of time ink

I can't get the print cartridges to install, and i need to wait a week for service. Very disappointed and frustrated. i find it impossible to evaluate a piece of equipment that does not function.
