Buyer beware of Canon’s big ink scam!

Well, setup was easy bc I saw on YouTube how to set it up. The problem is the ink. I literally used this printer about three times using about 4 pieces of paper total & the ink is completely out. The paper didn’t even have a lot of writing on it. (No exaggeration on how many times I used it.) The cost is for new ink is $30.00+ (& we’re talking every 4 pages). My printer says the color ink is half full, but it doesn’t print on the paper. Smh…Canon’s big ink scam!!!

However, the new Canon printer that I purchased was too loud, paper was hard to load, & machine paper jammed after printing only 2 copies. So, I returned the Canon and purchased an hp HP Office Jet Pro 8025e which is MARVELOUS.

The fax NEVER worked. The printer has a Tiny area to install ink cartridges and the ink barely lasts as this printer uses too much ink. The tiny window on the top is barely visible and difficult to use when problems occur....and problems always occur. My last printer was an Hp and lasted 12 yrs.......this one not even 12 months
