Can't Get Ink

When I bought Best Buy said the black 245 cartridge would work with the machine; it comes with a 275. Go to replace the starter cartridge with the 245 and machine won't recongnize. Just try to buy the 245 Cartridge. Always out of stock everywhere. Finally found one Amazon for $90!! Good machine but can't get cartridges for it. BTW, did contact Best Buy. Spent an hour on the phone with them. Their final solution was to send someone out for $100 to figure out why the cartridge they recommended wouldn't work.

However, replacement ink costs more than the printer. Product descriptions should included the type of ink cartridge required so the consumer can check on availability and cost of ink.
