However, I miss the automatic feed feature and I wish the control panel was on top for easier use than on the front. The ink is not cheap, either.

Efficient little beast for home office environment

The only drawback for me is that it doesn't go to sleep, it shuts off after a period of non-use. This makes me have to turn it on before I can print again; no problem if I am copying because I am at the machine itself; but if I am printing from elsewhere in the house, I have to go to the machine to turn it back on. I wish it had a sleep mode and not just an off mode.

Good but could be better...

Printer was difficult to setup wireless. Partially due to secxurity protocols of my router and partially because the printer does not allow you to enter specialty characteristics for logon or passwords. I had to use manual cable to connect. Mostly used HP and Epson in the past. It had been awhile since I used a Cannon. Perhaps a higher end model would have worked easier and served my purpose more efficiently.
