Efficient little beast for home office environment

The only drawback for me is that it doesn't go to sleep, it shuts off after a period of non-use. This makes me have to turn it on before I can print again; no problem if I am copying because I am at the machine itself; but if I am printing from elsewhere in the house, I have to go to the machine to turn it back on. I wish it had a sleep mode and not just an off mode.

Canon is the best printer!

Purchased 2 compact HP printers which were unable to connect to WIFI or by hard wire, even with the help of Geek Squad. No one could keep it connected. This is my second Canon and will never use any other brand. It took me 10 minutes to set it up and not 2 hours like the HP. Prints like a charm and very dependable. Highly recommended!

Threw it away and got this canon. Have had canons in the pssr, never any problems. This works great and easy set up with wireless printing. Would buy again and highly recommend.
