Good Bang for the buck

Can print from my phone from the other side of my house. Print quality is decent enough. Only downfall is its noisy and takes a while to be ready after powering on. Great Black Friday deal so Im happy

All previous printers have been HP. I read some good reviews about the Canon and the price was right so I went with it. Very impressed with the construction of the printer. Easy to set up, download the software and begin printing. Happy withbthe result for standard printing as well as photos. I also discovered that the ink is priced more reasonable as compared to the HP models. Overall, this was a great choice. Time will tell.

Great tech support makes up for poor online manual

I had a problem setting it up and found the online manual and other online information very difficult to use and understand. I don't know that the buttons on the front of the printer are explained anywhere. The tech person I talked to was very knowledgeable and helpful, giving me confidence I will be happy with the printer over time.
