    I have problems with it being offline all the time. It is correctable, but it shouldn't happen all the time. They also don't supply any type of manual to understand all its features.

    If I could rate this printer any lower I would. I have used Canon printers for years and they’re good for home offices. This model never got past the setup phase. It kept displaying an error message and directing me call Canon tech support/ customer service. After my third attempt, I knew it was time to return it and get another brand.

    Positives: Print quality Negatives: poor connectivity; half of the time pages come out only half-printed and then are printed over and over again as if the printer loses the data half-way through printing; scanning works at times but the multi-page feeder is spotty at best; You get whar you pay for.
