It was a great buy for this all in one printer . I needed to be able to fax and it does that as well.

Fits perfectly in my home office. Would prefer a bit easier to read directions for screen set up.

I still use this printer to this very day, buy the ink from amazon.

Like all printers, it goes through ink way to fast. Print quality is great, but other than that, this printer isn't worth it. The LCD touch screen stopped working just a few months past warranty (go figure), and you have to have the whole face panel lifted and angled up for it to print. You can't just let it sit flush. I did like the rear paper input, so you can have regular paper in the tray in the bottom and then photo paper in the back.

I was so over HP. This is a quality printer under $100. Geek squad plan was only $10 for 2 years. Great combo!

I really like this printer. The ink does go fast, but that's to be expected if using alot.

A bit of a challenge at first set up, but all worked out. Easy access from laptop also I-phone; fits my needs well.

Had to go online to find out how to keep the power on. It’s set for energy saving. Colors are not as crisp as an HP. Paper tray doesn’t hold very much. On the plus side ink is a lot cheaper than HP

Switched from an HP printer to this one. Paired easily with WiFi and works great.

This printer was harder than usual to setup and the paper tray only holds 100 sheets of paper so we are constantly refilling it for the small business. It pales in comparison to the Canon Pixma MX922 that we were use to. The size is nice, but you have to push too many buttons to copy, scan or fax with it. I hope Canon reads this review and creates another model similar to the MX922. I do have to say that buying it online and picking up at Best Buy was so easy that they definitely deserve 5 stars.
