    This printer was noisy and cheaply made! I was disappointed in its functionality and ease of loading the paper trays! I would not recommend this for the use in a small business or personal service!

    It is not easy to install. I am still having problems with it. I cannot print from my computeror tablet. I generally dont have problems with things but i am having problems now. It has just become troublesom for me.

    Such a huge disappointment!!! I have probably been able to print 5 documents since my purchase. It either gets a paper jam, or 9 out of 10 times is offline., or goes offline in the middle of printing. Its a huge inconvenience having to delete it off my computer and then reconnect, not to mention the time wasted just having to wait. Beyond frustrated with this printer, wish i could return, unfortunately the box has been discarded. Stick to HP printers.

    This printer is probably better for pictures than documents. The ink stays quite 'wet' after printing. The paper tray is flimsy and can't take envelopes. I exchanged the printer for one like I had before.
