    I've purchased Canon printers for the past 20 plus years and never had any issues with them. But this one is a nightmare to get setup properly, I tried a wired connection and wireless both I can get to print a couple times then when I need to print again It will say the printer is offline. I contacted there customer support a couple times but they just treat me like I'm stupid, asking if the printer is turned on or running me back thru the setup process. I got rid of the box so I couldn't return it. Bought a cheap HP on black Friday for now.

    This is my first Canon printer, and I will never purchase another one because the printing is very slow and some features are not easy to access. The print trays are somewhat flimsy and inconvenient to fill--although that seemed to be the case with some other printers as well. Several positives: the printer was easy to set-up, stays connected with no breaks in service, makes decent copies in black and color, and has easy access to replace the 5 cartridges. Canon also provides a desktop menu to access all relevant information and activities, which is quite helpful.

    Product is good bit overpriced but ink is what you have to keep in mind. you may have to spend a lot on ink otherwise quality of scanner is good also printer is good.

    You get what you pay for. This is a modestly priced printer and you get modest results. Print definition could be better but if you are just using for personal use, its fine
