This printer is very easy to set up and use. I love that I can scan, and print from my phone. The picture quality and ease is also great. The only thing I find strange is that the display panel hinges out and lifts up. If you look closely at the photo you will see it. I did not notice it when I ordered it. The printer works fine but I wonder with the lifting up and down will that eventually effect the display panel... We shall see.

A good printer. Crisp Back printing and full-color photo prints are sharp.. Dual feeds, front and back are a great feature. Easy to setup. A welcome replacement of an older reliable Canon printer

We like this printer very much. It is fast and relatively easy to use. Important to read the manual which is on line. I prefer to have a book handy. It willcopy multiple pages, which is handy. One feature we do not like is the necessity of pushing the on button and opening the access door before printing. We use more than one computer to print and it is a real bother to go to the room where the printer is, turn it on and open the door, then go back to the other computer and hit print.

Its hard to believe that all-in-one printers could cost so little (<$100) and do so much so well. It took a few minutes to link wirelessly to an iPad, but we did it. I really like not having to return paper to a rear feeder to do duplex printing. Printing duplex in draft mode is really fast, too. Some extending parts seem a little flimsy, but I don't plan to treat them too harshly. I'm quite happy with this new machine. I expect it will serve us well for family use.

I am pleased with my new all-in-one printer. The colors are sharp and photo printing is great. I use it for B/W primarily but feel confident in the olor capabilities. The only issue is that the printer turns itself off when not being used. To print something it is necessary to restart the printer. When you are in another room. this means you must go and start it. The exercise is good but the timing not so much. I have had HP, Brother and Epson and I believe this Canon is the best.

I bought the Canon Pixma TR8520 to replace my Canon Pixma 922, which apparently is the upgrade. I found that you can’t set the auto shut down to function if the TR8520 is set up as wireless on a network. Also, you can barely hear the dial tone or error message during fax function, because the speaker was purposely manufactured that way. Otherwise, the printing is clear and sharp and it is very convenient to have wireless printing capabilities.

I bought this printer to replace my Canon MX 922… Doesn't have all the features of the MX 922… Feels kind a cheap… But it actually works pretty well… But I don't like about it is the cheap Pull out paper tray and the control panel that Hass to be flipped up in order to use it catch up.

Bought this to replace a HP unit that was less than satisfactory from day one, the Canon printer is easy to use, and set up and works flawlessly, have already recommended it to a friend, he too is happy.
