All of this printer’s basic features are performed well. Prints fast, scanner operates with no problems and loading ink is easy. It’s quieter than my old MX922 but I still have to see if photos are printed as well. I don’t like that the front has to be manually opened in order to print. I just leave it open all the time and hope it isn’t inadvertently bumped causing damage or injury.

Love this printer! It is very easy to use and print quality is excellent. Ink cartridge replacement is also very easy.

Printer was fairly easy to set up and connect to all our devices & prints well.

This is my second printer in just over a month, so I don’t have too much to say - except the first printer constantly had paper jams when using bottom tray. Had to remove back panel to clear the roller area above the tray. Took it back to Best Buy and they exchanged it (reluctantly as I was 8 days past the return/exchange period, but they did). This one is seems to work fine so far. Photos come out nicely from the back tray.

This printer is a little more cheaply made compared to the one I replaced and is a little slow in printing two sided. Print quality is good, even pictures. It has two paper trays, but one is in the back of printer so you may need it away from the wall a bit to use it. I do like how it prints from my phone

This Canon printer produces quality prints and two-sided printing is an advancement over my previous printer. It is doing a very nice job. I wish it would allow me to print, for example, when I say from the rear tray, without question the paper size. I have to tap proceed a few times to get the job done. But other than that, I'm happy with the price and the quality.

I like the compact style. Has all the features I need for work and the kids need for school. Easy to set up and print from any device. Big improvement over my former HP

I needed an affordable all in one printer that would get the job done with little to no hassle. Installing the ink is easy, connecting to the internet isn’t hard, and so far so good. I will say it seems to eat up the ink pretty quick, and I’ve only printed 20 or so sheets in black/white. If you need a decent bottom price tier printer, buy it. It works well at the price point.

I was looking for a small printer since I don't have a lot of room. This one really fit the bill, it was easy to set up and it does everything I need it to do

It was easy to set up. The print jobs are good. The ink cartridges were easy to install.

My previous Canon was great. Used for about 10 years. This one is more compact and has similar features. I can’t use the ink that I had for my old printer on this one which is a disadvantage. The extension for output papers is a little flimsy and may break if printer is on the floor and stepped on when extended. Rest of printer is sturdy. I am a little computer literate but not much and managed to load the printer app on my computer after 1 call to my son. Need to go back and enter app on my I Phone but tired after setting up printer So far happy with my purchase and it is working well.

I switched from a Canon printer to an Epson printer and am happy I went back to Canon. Cheaper, more efficient ink. This printer is quiet and has a very small footprint as well which is nice. Sometimes the small size is a bit annoying though (like when attempting to use the touchscreen or loading paper) but the bigger reason for 4 stars is the slow print speeds, especially in color. For the price, I can deal with the print speed.

It is pretty easy to use but it still goes off line from my computer even though I am using wired. I have to shut the computer off and then when it restarts it finds the printer. Geek Squad has been so busy with the conversion to homes from school and work that I am waiting to contact them. The service was great at the store and the Geek Squad is very friendly and helpful.

I wanted a printer that would scan and print photos of high quality. My son searched reviews on multiple printers and ended up recommending this one. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I scanned an old Polaroid photo that was faded and not very sharp. Cleaned it up with the software provided and printed it and the results are amazing. Looks like a photo just taken - sharp and clear. It also does a good job printing and scanning documents. I definitely recommend this printer. If I had a complaint it would be the paper tray is kind of flimsy but I can live with it.
