Good printer on wireless. Easy to set up. Good print quality

Considered lots of options. I wanted a paper tray for multiple sheets and a rear feeder for envelopes and this printer has both. It took me a bit of time to set it up but I got it done. The printed documents look good and the photos look great. I don't print many pages a month so ink use is not a big concern.

I bought this printer hoping to merely replace my older Pixma which wasn’t communicating with my computer well anymore. I hate it! The user interface is terrible, and very slow. Thought I would get used to it, but it just isn’t user friendly. Here are some of the issues: The software takes forever to start up and to process tasks. It is not intuitive. When scanning documents to my PC sometimes one or more are randomly flipped upside down and I have not figured out how to rotate them. When scanning documents to my PC sometimes one doesn’t show up in the Image Garden (what a stupid name). When saving multiple scanned documents, you have to browse for the location for each document even if you want to save them all in the same folder. When saving documents, you cannot paste a name into the document name, but must type the entire name. When one color of ink runs out, you can no longer print anything until the cartridge is replaced. At least once, the printer didn’t print my document for over an hour, then suddenly printed it. I definitely would not buy this printer!

This printer is worth it! I work out of my house and I can do everything and more with this printer.

Love my printer, got it at a good price and the printing is beautiful. Got to use it to print a lot of Minecraft images for my son's bday and it turned out great. May I say I used a lot of ink and still have a bit left... just the ink itself is pricey, but other than that is great.

Works well and easy to set up. Easy to print from phone as well. Just gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because the paper loader and some of the plastic is very thin and easy to break.

Printer was easy to install and excellent quality print

Quick and easy to connect to my computer. It is a little bigger than I wanted, but it was one of the few available for same day pickup. Good print quality. Does what I need it to do.

My old PIXMA broke down and I looked to replace it. This is an improvement over my former (old) PIXMA. I’m happy to see this version is a very good deal. It scans and prints well.

The printer does take more space, if you plan to use the rear paper feeder. Looking forward to using it to handle all my home office needs. So far the print has been very satisfactory. .
