My old printer was very difficult to get along with!! The Canon PIXMA TR9520 was very easy to set up and use. It has a much smaller footprint than my old printer so now I have a little extra room on the desk. I can print from my Iphone, Ipad and computer with no problems!!!

We were replacing a Brother All in One that we had used for 5 years. Only issue with it was ink was hard to find in a pinch and occasion phantom paper jams.
Love the Canan TR8520. Great upgrade and seems to be economical on ink usage. We are not big users but have found this to do everything we need at a better quality than the Brothers. Set up was simple and hassle free. Only issue is the printer does not start up if you try to remotely print and the printer has gone to sleep mode. Not a big issue but if the printer is not centrally located or on another floor, could be aggravating. I would highly recommend this to a casual user.

Connected easily to my wifi, previous much older Canon was difficult to connect. Intuitive, easy to use, front control panel is self explanatory. Nice printed output, color seems true.
However, the control panel pulls out of the front, stays at angle when printing, paper tray for printed paper sticks out, could be a problem if bumped, so no 5 stars. Takes a while to print two-sided. The plastic is not as solid as older printers, but it's the same as other brand printers these days.
Overall, no problems, really glad I got this on Cyber Monday at a great price!

We bought this printer to replace our Canon 3200 series printer. Right off the bat this printer is better. The setup was easier and the wireless feature worked on the first try. I like the fact that we can print AND copy on both sides. We haven't used this printer enough to compare ink usage and to check the "Easy Replenish" feature. The print of our documents is crisp and clear. I also like the fact that I can print from my smartphone.
On the other side, when attaching other computers to the Canon to print, you need to make sure that every computer is using the same WiFi network because the printer is attached to the WiFi of the last computer setup to use the printer. Any computers that are on a different WiFi than the printer will not be able to print.

Excellent all in one home printer/scanner/fax!

We have had this All-in-one printer for almost a year now and I can say it is an excellent printer! I have used all of the functions including the fax (even though I rarely use it to send a fax, it is very handy to have and saved me a couple of trips to the UPS store when I had no choice but to send a fax). It uses individual color ink cartridges so you only have to replace the ones that are actually running out and they have XL capacity cartridges available.
The print quality is excellent, especially the Photo prints on photo paper. The scanner is excellent quality as well. You can connect to it wirelessly, via Bluetooth or using a hardline ethernet cable and you can also use an SD card. I love the 2 sided print capabilities as well. All in all, this is a great printer for your home or small business!

This is a great printer for occasional home office use! The size and shape of the printer allow it to just about fit in anywhere.
Print: My use use is restricted to printing a few documents for personal use, return labels and tickets.
Scan: works as needed, no issues
Fax: have not used
Connection: Use over wifi and laptop cable works as needed.
Ink: Would like it to last a little longer, but replacements are cheap and plentiful (hence the 4 stars, not 5).
Overall, great buy and addition to my home office set up.

Setup instructions are minimal and unclear. In previous all-in-copiers, scanners and fax machines they were easy to install and once you installed the proper driver it took care of everything. That is not the case with this device. There are different instructions based upon the different types of devices you will be printing from. Then you must make sure to install the drivers for each function separately.
Once you finally get the All-In-One Cannon Printer setup the copies are clear and it is fairly easy to use.

I bought this printer to replace a Canon printer that died, or at least developed a recurring error signal that I gave up trying to fix. I was a bit reluctant to buy another Canon but the price and features of this printer, along with it's small size convinced me.
So far I am very happy with the performance, and had no trouble with the wreless print setup for both my wife's Apple imac, and my Windows 10 laptop.

I am happy with this printer so far. Price was right, set-up was extremely easy, and it works easily on wifi with my computers and cell phones. A little loud, print quality is decent, I have not printed on photo paper yet, but hopefully it will do photo quality as advertised. I gave 4 stars not 5 because supposedly it uses ink at a fairly high cost, but I don't print much, so that is OK with me. Quality seems good and ease of use is great so far.

This is the 3rd Canon all-in-one inkjet printer for me. This one replaces another TR8520 that developed a sudden malfunction that was not repairable. I primarily use this for printing, scanning and copying. The quality of the scanning images (for archival purposes) is important for me, though I do not do any photo printing. Overall I am happy enough with this printer. The speed is fine and print quality for black and white as well as color printing is also good.
Set up is straightforward.

I really like my new Canon TR8520 all-in-one printer. It is very compact compared to the Canon MP600-series printer I had for 12 years. The new one prints, makes copies and photos very quickly, even in color. I don't use it for faxing so I can't comment on that. I am still learning how to scan photos into my PC without having to use (and pay for) Adobe PDF. That's the only drawback I have encountered so far. Other than that, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone needing a new printer.

Canon Quality - Good All-in-One

I have always used Canon printers/all-in-one because of their reliability and quality. Some reviews said setup was easy, and I agree for the most part. However, I had to reach out to Geek Squad to help with the wireless connection for automatic ink replenishment. Once that was set up, I couldn't print wirelessly, but am able to print connecting to my laptop using the usb cord. I'm sure Geek Squad can help with this issue, but I've not found the time to contact them since the printer is working for what I need it to do.

Printer provides easy setup and great print quality. Size fits in my desk pull out drawer - even prints without having to pull out. I've had other HP all in one printers and this one so far is better.

Difficult to get it to work via wireless with my laptop, but once all was set up, works great. Good price for this all in one printer compared to other brand printers. Lightweight and does not uses a lot of space.

I never buy anything but Canon printers because they are the best for printing photos and have the best photo software package. I am very happy with this latest Canon printer--the front panel is easy to see and use, better than my last Canon. It has the individual color ink tanks, so you are only replacing the colors that actually ran out. It is simple to use for the copy and scan features. The paper tray doesn't hold a lot of paper; but I don't do mass printings, so that is OK.
