Printer was easy to set up and use with the provided documentation. The number of good features that are also easy to use either on or offline.

Often dealing with random wifi issues. Will hardwire and cross my fingers they stop. Otherwise, good printer for the price.

I LIKE THIS PRINTER IT HAS A LOT OF NICE FEATURES. I HAVE ONLY USED THIS PRINTER FOR A FEW MONTHS BUT SO FAR I REALLY LIKE IT. THIS WAS THE EASYEST PRINTER THAT I HAVE OWNED TO SET UP. I WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE IT FOR 100 DOLLARS WHICH MADE IT A GREAT BUY FROM BEST BUY.

This printer was a replacement for the Canon MX922. It seemed to have all the features that my previous printer had - color, black, scanner, and duplex printing. The one thing I prefer about the 922 was it seem to be more automatic, i.e., click Print and it opened up. This one I have to open up the panel or it indicates printer not ready. One great thing was it was on sale and offered a Best Buy gift card - that sealed the deal.

This printer came with starter ink that lasted a good while! It is great on ink & fast printing! I havent used the fax but this machine is an investment. I print my own labels on this machine for my business and the quality is awesome!

I read through the set up instructions and it was relatively easy to connect the printer to my phone without ever using a computer. Also, the printer ink qualifies for a cheap refill at local Costco's, which cuts ownership costs by 80%!

The copier I purchased replaced a similar copier from Best Buy six years ago. I took a picture of the old one to my local BB store and asked for a similar unit that will copy, scan, fax and print. It is excellent. The sales person was excellent as was the service,

This printer was very easy to set up. I am have it hooked via usb, wireless, and through a phone. Printing from the phone is problematic but it is probably me. Someone more phone/computer literate will probably get it set up in no time.

I purchased this printer to replace a Canon Pixma MX922 which conveniently decided not to work after 3yrs. This printer was easy to set up and connect to my network. So far so good. If only I hadn’t just bought new ink for my old printer...

prints pretty good. it does have auto feed for scanning and printing and double side printing. i use it to print 4*6 photos sometimes and it does it v v well. it also connects fast and doesn’t hesitate when it sees you’re in a rush. outstanding performance

Honestly I purchased this printer thinking it would serve it purpose "print" it's a color printer should you choose to, a scanner which comes in surprisingly helpful. And also a fax machine, and very compact and esthetically pleasing.

So happy to finally be able to replace my worthless Epson with a reasonably priced printer that does everything I need...print and copy! Very reasonably priced, fast, easy to set up, and very fast shipping! Couldn't ask for more!

So far this has been a good little workhorse. I am currently working from home because of the Corona virus and it is definitely getting more use than it normally would have. No complaints so far, does exactly what I need it to do!

Printer works well for the printing I do, it has its quirks in finding all the printer setup details when printing from a computer. Quality is good though
