Scanning is slow, good for paper and picture printing. phone app is okay for easy/fast use.Its a decent All in one printer for home under $100.

bought this printer due to needing a wireless connection, one that would allow to print from our smart phones and one that will print for my crafts.

Set up instructions weren't easy to follow, but had friend help. Smaller size than my previous printer and that is good . Use less desk space.

For the money it is perfect for my home use. Does not use a lot of ink. Easy set up to use with wireless network.

Nice Dependable budget printer. Can be finicky of times when adding paper. Overall a nice printer for the money.

The printer was reasonable price for what the kids needed it for. I will have to see how the picture quality is.

Better than my last HP and more quiet. I don’t like that I have to load the paper in a container that I have to remove from the printer.

I had to replace my Canon printer after getting 8 yrs of service it was a bitter sweet moment but I now have a more up to date printer that again was easy to connect and get my printing needs done. I highly recommend Canon printers.

I don’t use it much so , it’s doing what it’s supposed to do. There’s more options on this unit than I’ll ever use

I had this shipped direct to my house. Arrived with a broken hinge on the top. Decided to keep anyway because I needed to use it. Getting up and running was easy and straightforward. Wanted to get the easy ink replacement through Bestbuy. Talked with tech support twice and never got the problems resolved. Oh well. I'll make do. Shouldn't be this difficult.

It does ALMOST every I need it to do. Copies and prints great. Doesnt use as much ink as my Epson did...BUT................... the scan quality is terrible. When scanning pictures, the do not look good at all. In fact they look so bad that I do not use the scanner anymore. I will have to get another better quality printer soon. The scan feature is what I needed the most.

Easy to setup and change ink. Quality is fine for text and pictures, but nothing you'll want to use professionally.

I got this so I could print, scan, copy etc. to be prepared for whatever class I need it for. So far so good. Easy set up. I only use the direct wire instead of Wi-Fi because of the way my college’s printer Wi-Fi is set up. Just makes it so much simpler.

Made an appointment with the Geek Squad to set up printer. She did a good job, but changed some of my settings and had to get other help afterwards. So, not sure if it's really a five star rating.

Have had a Pixma for years & it finally died...this is a replacement, and so far I really love it. Really easy setup, excellent print & picture quality, great 2-sided automatic printing. No complaints at all!

Great...love it. Had a HP 6700 before and all that did was burn ink and money and i am not a power user. This is much improved in many ways in regards to casual printing. No more constantly buying new cartridges when all i do is print like 1 once a month,

It really is convenient and easy to use. . But I didn't know that there is a seperate tray for printing from other devices.

What can I say, you get what you pay for. The print quality is top notch and it’s generally fast printing. My problem is that it takes forever to start printing or scanning. And it doesn’t always respond to wireless printing either, but those are far and in between. Overall it’s served us well. But get ready to sell your first born to buy some ink. Those cartridges are small and expensive.

This is a very nice all on one copy scan print fax for home office use. Nice small footprint. It’s not meant for heavy duty commercial use.
