Easy order, delivery, and set up. One of the best printers we have purchased for moderate-level home use. Just wish it would awaken itself when print jobs are sent after sitting idle for a while.

I’ve had a couple different printers over the years and this is probably the best. The photo quality is amazing and I the color saturation on paper is also great! Images print true to picture and text is clear and crisp.

We've had this printer a few weeks now and the print quality is good. I do a lot of labels and they come out spaced correctly (a problem on my last machine) and looking good. We had one paper jam and it was easily cleared.

Easy to install and easy to use. The print quality is nice and the ink cartridges are not too expensive and easy to install.

I expected good printing from a Canon printer and was not disappointed. My primary reason for selecting this printer was the (relatively) high resolution scanner. It will scan at 1200 dpi and gives excellent results.

No problem getting into the network, and print quality and speed is good. I wish the document feeder was auto duplex for scanning - the printer prints auto duplex but does not scan that way in the ADF.

I bought this to replace an existing HP Printer. It was going to cost me 1/2 the price to get the HP printer looked at. I am not impressed with the construction. It is very cheaply put together. It was much easier to connect to my WFi than my HPs. Also the WFi printing is much easier. The printing seems good. I am watching the ink usage. That may prove to be a problem.

Was easy to set up. Read of problems people had setting up butI believe the t software change must have been what this product needed. Hooking up your phone or laptop is quick and easy. I'm happy with it .

easy to use and wifi so can connect with our apple devices. good for printing up documents for our children for their reports and projects. we have purchased Canon printers in the past and all have worked well.

Received this printer ahead of delivery date. And I love I can print from my phone and tablet.

Excellent print quality for text and photos. Easy to load paper. Auto dual side printing is slow because it waits for ink to dry before printing on on back side. No smuggling of the ink.

Needed this for the home office, I looked for printers that could work with glossy paper to print out brochures and this one fit the requirement. Best Buy had this delivered for free same day to me. That was pretty awesome. The printer itself....don't know if it's my computer or what but I've had a few annoying issues that aren't catastrophic. But so far it hasn't worked perfectly for me. And whoa boy did it eat through ink quick. I didn't think it'd run out as fast as it did.

Nice printer for how I use it (fax, scan, print). Pain to get connected to computer. Had to e-mail Canon for help.

Great Printer, easy setup even for an unexperienced person like me with electronics. Ink last very long for me and the printer connects perfect everytime I need it.

So far so good the printer is extremely easy to use and when issues arise they are very easy to fix. Its great value so far as I have not had any issues with the printer.

Good copier and scanner. Had the opportunity to scan docs and it was fantastic scanning the quality was great.
