Right out of the box this printer was ready to operate flawlessly. Just insert the enclosed disc into your computer and follow the easy to follow directions and you are ready to go.

Easy to hookup and does great job printing pics which is what I mainly will be using it for.

I used to have another all in one printer ever since 2013, from Canon also bought at Best Buy, but it just went kaput a few months ago, so I needed a new one. Got this one as it had a $100 discount from $200. I guess it is nice but I really dislike how one has to lift the middle panel in order to print and it is not clear how to use the top loaders.

Love Canon printers. Always good quality. Ink is a little pricey, but seems like all ink is. The front panel has to be to print and that takes some getting used to.

I have always loved Canon .. Easy setup , even if the manual isn't as clear as it should be .. All functions work perfectly .. MY MX620B has lasted over eleven years and is still going .. I have never had any issues with it .. I decided to get the tr8520 because it is faster and more compatible with windows 10 .. It has a lot of functions ..and even prints on both sides of the paper if you choose to .. I plan to use it for many years .. love it .. It was a great price and was delivered fast , in four days .. I also got the two year full replacement Geek Squad warranty for only 12.99 -- can't go wrong ! Just in case .. :)

I love it I'm still learning different cool things this printer those but I couldn't ask for nothing more. It fits all my needs printing ya own pictures and t-shirt designs.

I love this printer. The initial set up to my mac computer wasn't as clear as I thought it would be, but once it was installed the printing has been easy and has excellent in quality.

Not sure what the issue is but it keeps showing an error. When it is working then it does good.

Very easy to use and solid all-in-one printer. I don't have big printing jobs but I do print quick a bit and haven't had an issue. I print from my computers or phone with ease.

I usually always go with Cannon printers, they have always done me well, but I had bought a HP and it drank ink like an inkacoholic! I found this Cannon and was so happy to be back with a Cannon printer. I have printed so much on this, the ink usage is great! Its features are just what I need. I am very pleased with this Cannon Printer and will only ever buy Cannon printers. The cost for the ink cartridges are very reasonable too. There are some features that I haven't been able to use yet, it is not a difficult printer but is kind of user unfriendly, maybe more like user standoffish lol. Works great and great with ink use.

I can print from my phone, laptop and desktop which is in another room. Can also print pictures and they come out nice. Ink colors are individual so I don't have to but a whole cartilage

The print quality is not as sharp as the HP printer it replaced but it scans, copies and prints which is all I need it to do these days and it was cheaper than repairing the HP or buying a new HP printer. I haven't used up the ink cartridges the Canon came with yet but I don't print the volume I once did either, almost everything I do is digital these days. Still it's nice to be able to print items when I need to and it does that well enough for the price.

Ink gets low pretty quickly. But pics come out nice. Only got this for a home office

I needed a immediate replacement for an Epson that died. This Canon model has worked fine since I first plugged it in. It was quick and easy to set up and its print quality is excellent.

Small, compact and light. However, being light seems to give it a feel of easily breakable.

Probably the best printer that I have owned to date! Great features, easy to setup. I bought my Mom one, I was so impressed with it that I bought one for myself shortly after.

This Canon printer offers excellent print quality at an affordable price. This printer has other features such as an automatic loader for scanning and copying. Overall, a very good product.

Prints fast after all the print head acrobatics. Fax is good and picture prints are excellent.

This printer was just what I needed an all in one printer, fax and scanner. Easy to use and Canon help desk was helpful in downloading the printer drivers onto my computer and connecting to my WiFi.
