I bought this to work at home. It is to replace my old Canon MX9200 which I absolutely loved for many years. This all-in-one printer is complicated to set up and took an extraordinary amount of time to do so. But my biggest disappointment is that it is advertised as having automatic duplex capabilities but that only refers to digitally printing duplex documents. For any other 2 sided functions you have to hand feed the docs through the scanner page by page. Very deceiving and super inconvenient when you have larger projects. Also the duplex feeder is inconsistent with many copies coming out crooked. Giving this to the kids for school printing and buying myself another printer, unfortunately it probably won't be a Canon.

PIXMA TR8520 was easy to set up. All of the functions produce good quality prints, copies, scans, etc. The price made the purchase that much better. Would definitely recommend.

Not as easy to use as old one. Does not carry enough paper. Print quality isgood.

Switched brands after I went through two other printers from the same brand and no luck, for this one I paid a little more and so far works great although I don’t use it too much when I do, 10x better!

Printing is crisp and clear and photos are great. The only draw back is the ink costs too much.

The TR8520 provides all of the functionality that I need in a multi-function device. The wireless connectivity was easily accomplished, and the ability to print from my Android phone is wonderful.

It works so well the pictures are printer well I would recommend this because you can print copy etc also because it can print photos

This is my 2nd Canon Pixma printer. The first lasted for 10 years so I stuck with a dependable brand. If copies, scans clean clear copies quickly.

Amazing printer! As a student it does everything I need and is easy to use. The touchscreen works well and I’ve had no issues.

nice printer, no complaints. ink cartridges easy to change, paper loading smooth, simple controls. I have had many printers and this is one of the easiest.

I love how easy it is to use and pair with devices. I am able to print from my phone and laptop with no problem. The quality of the pictures I print are great. I love it.

Easily connected to my Ipad and copies emailed from there. Great for a home office.

Print quality is really good - ink seems to last a while - but a bit hard/complicated to set up wireless printing (took way too long and written directions were not always what was seen on screen), awkward to reload paper/paper tray super finicky, not super intuitive - also having issues with Frontier router

This is a pretty awesome printer. We had one of the cheaper canons since 2012, I gave that one away last year (it was still working very well too) and decided to get this one after much consideration! I am very happy with the purchase. The ability to copy and print with the ADF was super important for me. You'll love this printer. I am of course not a tech guru but for college student like myself it is perfect. Oh and my husband who is rather curious about tech stuff approves he even used the free photo printer paper to print some picts and that was another delight. And being able to sign up for the automatic renewal of ink is pretty awesome as well.

Love it! works like a champ every time! 15 minute or so setup and haven't had an issue since. Use maybe a couple times every couple weeks and never an error.
